Great location. Good rooms and facilities. Excellent food. Ideal for kids.

The pool chairs should not remain blocked and non attended for more than one hour. Should not have to pay for rental of beach chairs. Kid´s "water cannons" should be banned. Too loud and too much muzak ("music") in the pool area.

great stay, we were there for 3 days. the breakfast was big with lots of outstanding food. the free parking was nearby, great service. its location was stunning and lovely, on the ocean, and in a very very nice area.

The layout and gardens at the hotel are exceptional and the food first class. The location is superb, literally two minutes walk from the village and the local bus stops right outside the hotel. The only problems we found were the fact that they charge for sunbeds in the gardens and also for air conditioning (it was 35 deg, its an essential not an optional luxury!) Also we were the only Brits there, all the other guests were German which meant all the entertainment used that language as a default. Despite these negatives we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The venue is pleasant and great looking with helpful staff. It has amazing and fantastic location on the beach or the grassed area.

We loved the warm and friendly staff. Though the beach was a bit rocky, the gardens were fine, full of colourful blooms. Super relaxing, eh?

The hotel was pleasant, fairly clean offered generous breakfasts and had a beautiful location in beautiful gardens with a lovely view of the bay. The room was a nice size, attractive, the bed was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the sea view, it was great. This property was good value, I think.

Eina, the staff were great! Really friendly and helped us with a late check-out. The pools are awesome, especially the quiet one for some chill time. Plus, breakfast had lekker choices, fresh fruits every morning!

Only downside was the beach. A bit rocky entering the water, but not a massive issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mastichari Bay Hotel. They were just opening for the season but the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very clean and kept that way. It was great for a family with kids. We have two 3-year olds and there was a pool, beach and playground along with a staff to entertain the kids throughout the day. You couldn't ask for much more. The grounds were kept up very nice and the view from dinner and the pools were great.

The location was stunning, just off the sandy beach, good beach bars and tavernas and shops. Also, we were at a moderate distance from Paralia Mastichari😀👍😀

Would definitely recommend for a short layover

Lovely hotel, fine gardens, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the location was just a short walk to beautiful beaches, perfect for a quick dip or a scenic stroll.

Everything was ideal.

The animation team was super fun and lively. The hotel beach area could be better.

The family studio was spacious, though there was a sewerage smell at night.

Great place, offers great amenities like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly pointed me in the right direction. I'll be returning for a weekend!
